Enquiries and waiting list

The form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred move-in date, intended length of stay, message and choice to join the waiting list. We use this information to handle your enquiry, reply and manage the waiting list if requested. Enquiries are stored in our management system and accessible to those handling them. A notification is sent to the management team and an acknowledgement may be sent to you by email. Email delivery uses a technical provider (Resend). You may also contact us directly by email.

Audience measurement

We use Google Analytics to measure website visits, pages viewed and certain interactions, including successful form submissions. The Google Analytics tag currently loads when the site opens and may use cookies or similar identifiers. Browsing data may be processed by Google, including outside Switzerland. We do not send the form contents, your name or email address in the submission measurement event. For details of Google's processing, see its privacy policy.

Technical data and security

Hosting and abuse prevention involve processing technical data such as IP addresses and connection information. To limit repeated form submissions, the system temporarily keeps counters associated with hashes of IP and email addresses. These counters expire and are not used for commercial profiling.

Retention and your rights

Enquiries are kept for the time needed to handle them and, if applicable, manage the waiting list. There is currently no fixed automatic deletion period for enquiries. You may request information about your data, correction or deletion by emailing the address above, subject to applicable legal obligations.

This page may be updated if the website's tools or data processing change.
