A furnished studio for a stay of at least three months
A way to live in the city centre with everything essential close at hand and regular services included.
A place of your own, with furniture, a private kitchenette and bathroom: everything essential for independent living in a compact studio. Fridge, hob and storage are provided; crockery is not.
Weekly cleaning takes some everyday chores off your hands and is included in the monthly rent.
Bed linen and towels are provided and changed once a week.

The monthly rent ranges from CHF 690 to CHF 990 depending on the studio. The minimum rental period is three months. Availability and the precise terms are confirmed in the offer and contract.

The minimum rental period is three months. If you are looking for short-term accommodation in Lausanne, you can still tell us about your plans and consider whether a three-month stay works for you.
What is included in the rent?
Heating, hot water, weekly cleaning and weekly linen changes are included. Electricity is billed separately based on actual consumption.

What is the security deposit?
The security deposit is CHF 1,000.
